Key Steps:

Register Your Program:
- Reserve space through 25Live (event scheduling website).
- Schedule a meeting with a program advisor at 125 HUB right away!! (link will be sent with your space request reply)

Submit Your Funding Request:
- Follow the submission instructions here
- Must be open and advertised to all university park students
- List all items with full prices and justifications.
- UPAC covers up to 90% of costs (you secure the remaining 10%
- Considerations:
- UPAC will consider funding for program expenses including Guest Artist/Speaker fees (funding caps can be found in the UPAC Handbook)
- Venue fees and A/V rentals
- Publicity Materials, costumes, props, and more!
