Need a little extra support to keep your student organization running smoothly? UPAC offers an annual $50 operational funding to all recognized groups.
Who’s eligible?
- Any recognized student organization at Penn State.
- New organizations recognized in the Spring semester are also eligible.
- Check the Handbook for details!
When to apply:
- Fall semester only: Submit your request by the last day of classes.
Operational Funds can be used for:
- Covering essential operating expenses like:
- Advertising (recruitment, events, newsletters)
- Office supplies (pens, paper, folders)
- Postage (mailings)
- Copying (newsletters, minutes, election materials)
Operational Funds cannot be used for:
- Event expenses
- Travel expenses
- Equipment purchases
- Food or beverages
